OBITUARY :
MR. MALCOLM B. “MAX” ANGLE, 76, of Gehr Road, Waynesboro, PA, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in his home.

Born July 11, 1941 in Welsh Run, PA, he was the son of the late J. Donald And Nannie (Hill) Angle.

Mr. Angle attended Chambersburg Area Schools.

He married his high school sweetheart of 55 years, Mrs. Jane (Grim) Angle in 1962.

Mr. Angle was employed by several local businesses including Homes by Keystone, Foremost Homes, Corning Glassworks and Waynesboro Builders Supply. Prior to his retirement, he was a long time employee of BP Solar.

Following his retirement, he was a deliveryman for Antietam Pharmacy, Waynesboro.

He will be remembered for his love of nature, especially bird watching and squirrel watching. He also enjoyed wood working, gardening and crocheting. Times spent around the campfire brought him great joy as well as family trips to Chincoteague.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Angle is survived by three daughters, Malcolynn Marshall and her husband, Richard, Traci Walizer and her husband, Todd and Melody Bennett and her husband, Mike, all of Waynesboro; six grandsons, Austin and Sawyer Duffey, Ian Marshall and Titus, Tobiah and Tesher Walizer; one sister, Bonita Heckman of Chambersburg, PA; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Nicholas R. Angle of Bainbridge, GA.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 3, 2018 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 South Broad Street, Waynesboro. Burial will follow in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
