DANCE, WYOMA McGEE, 87, of Lexington, formerly of Louisville, died Saturday, March 31, 2007. She was the widow of Arville Woodrow Dance and the daughter of the late Claude and Nellie Kirby McGee. Mrs. Dance was Deacon Emeritus, Sunday school teacher, choir member and Ministry of Caring Chairperson at the Eastern Parkway Baptist Church. She was a life member of the National Parent Teacher Association and a Kentucky Colonel. She was preceded in death by a son, Arvin Dance. Survivors include one son, Ronald Dance (Cheryl), of Lexington; two daughters, Betty Muntz (Charlie), of Lexington, and Beverly Tilmes (Alfred), of Columbia, MD; one daughter-in-law, Terri Dance, of Louisville; one brother, Claud McGee, of Morris, OK; three sisters, Ester Mae Dance, of Berry, KY, Estelle Dance, of Morning View, KY and Ruby Richardson, of North Little Rock, AK; and grandchildren; step grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Main Street, Lexington, with burial to follow in the Pythian Grove Cemetery in Berry, KY. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
