Lucile Mabel Wunder was born Nov 7, 1913 in Big Horn, Wyoming to Charles Georrge and Etta Belle (Surrena) Hillyer.
She grew up in Wyoming and moved to Bremerton in 1941 and Port Orchard in 1948.
In 30 July 1943 she married Nicholas "Nick" John Wunder in Seattle, Washington.
She was a homemaker as well as a member of the Gorst Baptist Community Church, and the Ground Observer Corps, U.S.A.F. Air Defense Team. Lucile was also on the Kitsap County Election Board and a member of the Mary Martha Circle in Sunnyslope.
At the age of eighty five, on 4 December 1998, Lucile passed away.
She is survived by daughters Carol , Patricia , and Donna , brother Sye , sisters Agnes , and Alberta , 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Nick.
