Arling George Stout, Jr. "Buster" (Age 86)
of Vienna, VA passed away January 25, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Pat Stout; his children Skip Stout, Cathy Frank (Ernie), Cindi Stout, Kevin Stout, and Chrissie Stout; five grandchildren Tyler, Connor, Austin, Megan, Jadon and a host of nieces and nephews. Buster was predeceased by his sister Joanne Rapp and survived by his sister Elaine Stout and his brother Buddy Stout. A memorial service will be held February 8, 2018 11 a.m. National Funeral Home with interment to follow at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Wounded Warrior Project or to the National Audubon Society.
