BENTON, Ky. — Services for Pearline Bloodworth, 87, of Calvert City will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Collier Funeral Home with the Rev. John Terry officiating. Burial will be in Dees Cemetery in Calvert City.
Mrs. Bloodworth died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City.
She was a homemaker and a charter member of Lakeland Baptist Temple in Calvert City.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith Dunn and Peggy Young, both of Calvert City; a son, Jimmy Bloodworth of Alabama; two brothers, Jewell Holmes of Smithland and Verlie Holmes of Paducah; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bloodworth, and three brothers. Her parents were Charlie Holmes and Bluett Haggard Cornwell. Her stepfather was Adam Cornwell.
