ODDY— BRIDLE.
All Saints' Church of England, Tumut, was chosen last Wednesday for the wedding of Miss Ada Bridle, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Bridle, of Bowler's Flat, Blowering, and Mr. Chas. W. Oddy, of Albury. The bride wore a dainty frock of white crepe-de-chene heavily embossed, with seed pearls. Her hand-made Brussels net veil was held in place by a coronet of white roses and pale tinted stocks gave a touch of color to the ensemble. Miss Laura Hoad was bridesmaid, in a frock of rose-de-bois, hat en suite, and she carried a bouquet of pink and apricot rose buds, Mr. Allan Oddy (brother of bridegroom) attended the bridegroom as best man. Miss E. R. Bridle presided at the organ. The reception was afterwards held at Broome's
Refreshment Rooms. The tables were nicely laid out and bedecked gaily with flowers, and a large three-decker wedding cake (the work of Mrs. G. Hoad) occupied the centre in front of the bridal party. The happy couple left by train for Melbourne, where the honeymoon is being spent, prior to taking up their residence at Albury. The bride chose a travelling suit of tailored gabardine in grey shade, with felt hat to match.
