Harold "Harry" Lemberger, age 86, resident of Manitowoc, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah.
Harry was born on April 20, 1925 in Cato to the late Edward and Anna Augustine Lemberger. On July 5, 1947, Harry married Elane Malley at the former St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Harry was an avid walker with the red Badgers jacket.
Survivors include Harry's wife of 64 years: Elane; two sons: Chuck (Nancy) Lemberger, Manitowoc; and Alan Lemberger, U.S. Virgin Islands; one daughter: Gail (Fred) LeWando, Baker City, OR; three grandchildren; one sister: Marie Anhalt, Reedsville; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by four brothers: Alfred, Francis, Leo, and Donald Lemberger.
In respect with Harry's wishes, private family services were held at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Deacon Paul Kieffer officiated and burial will take place at St. Michael's Catholic cemetery in Whitelaw at a later date. Online condolences may be sent to www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
