San Angelo, TX---Lillie Ann Bingham Reel, 80, of San Angelo, went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 4, 2018.

A memorial service will be Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Cross Road Assembly of God Church with the Reverend Steve Hamm officiating. Interment will follow at Pioneer Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.

Lillie Ann Bingham was born February 28, 1938, in Brady to Dewey Fleet Bingham, Sr. and Jessie Ita Tollett Bingham. Lillie attended school in Eden. She married William A. Reel on December 17, 1957 in Littlefield. They were married for 60 years and are the parents of six children. Lillie, affectionately known as Ninnie, was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family. She was a mother to anyone who needed one and a grandmother to those without. Ninnie offered a meal to those who were hungry and a place to sleep to those without a bed. She was truly a caregiver.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, HR, Dewey Jr., Charlie, and Bobby Bingham; sisters, Sue Riley, Kathy Russell, Barbara Roberson, Isabell Bingham and Carolyn Crawford; a special niece, Charlene Blake; and her daughter, Tina Cooper.

Survivors include her husband, William A. Reel of San Angelo; children, Billy Kay Chapman, Lisa Evans, Scott Reel and Freddie Reel, all of San Angelo, and Charlia Jones and her husband, Chuck, of Eldorado; brothers, Kenneth Bingham of Levelland and Clyde Bingham of San Angelo; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
