Mrs. Stephens’ Funeral.
Crescent, Ia., Nov. 22 -- The funeral of the late Mrs. S. L. Stephens was held here yesterday and interment was had in Crescent cemetery. Mrs. Stephens died in an infirmary at Nevada, Mo., last Tuesday, where she had been for the last six weeks, receiving treatment for consumption. The remains were brought home for burial by the husband, who is one of the Stephens Bros., proprietors of the hall at Crescent. Mrs. Stephens was about 35 years of age and, besides the husband, leaves seven children..
