Lena M. (Bussick) Horton, 93, of Hummelstown entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Longwood Manor in Maytown, PA.
Lena was born February 8, 1925 in Bellwood, PA, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Catharine (Boller) Bussick.
Lena retired from the State of Pennsylvania and was a founding member of the Grace & Truth bible Church in Hummelstown PA.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and sewing. She married Chester (Chet) Horton on December 31, 1944 in Saxton Methodist Church, Bedford County and enjoyed 70 years of marriage. She is survived by her brother Patrick Bussick, son-in-law Frank Yohe, grandchildren Karena Wrightstone and husband William, Frank Yohe and Ray Yohe, great grandchildren William and Dean, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Chester (Chet) Horton, son Allen E. Horton, daughter Darlene (Horton) Yohe, and sisters Alma (Bussick) Stitt and Betty (Bussick) Humphrey.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 Grace & Truth Bible Church, 410 Pleasant View Rd, Hummelstown, PA. Visitation will be held from 10-11 AM. A Memorial Service will be held from 11 to 12 PM. Burial will be in Broad Top City Cemetery, Broad Top City, PA.
