E.L. Elza Bethune, 81, of Lubbock, passed away September 7, 2017 at a Lubbock Hospital.
He was born September 11, 1935 in Wanette, Oklahoma. He graduated from Lubbock High School. Elza loved to travel and had visited many places including Scotland. He was very much a devoted family man.
He is survived by his wife, Mava Bethune of Lubbock; sons, Terry of Lubbock; Michael of Weatherford, Texas; and brothers, John and Ralph Bethune both of Lubbock.
Visitation will be 2-4 PM Monday at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1:00PM Tuesday, at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel.
