Mrs. Matt Kocian, 81, of Kellnersville, died early Thursday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient two weeks. Funeral services will be at 9:45 am Saturday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and at 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville, the Rev. Adolph Dolezal officiating. Burial will be in the Greenstreet Cemetery.

The former Anna Mleziva was born Dec. 5, 1875 in the Town of Cooperstown, daughter of the late Joseph and Marguerite Schlies Mleziva. In September, 1895 she was married to Wenzel J. Zeman and they settled the homestead farm in the Town of Cooperstown. Mr. Zeman died during November, 1921. On July 5, 1948 she was married to Matt Kocian and since that time had lived in Kellnersville. She was a member of the ZCBJ Lodge No. 114 of Rosecrans.

Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Libbie Erbstoesser of Sheboygan, Mrs. Herbert Jierscheck of Milwaukee, Mrs. Joseph Stradel of Kellnersville, Mrs. John Nelson of Sheboygan and Ms. Arnold Mirkes of Green Bay; three sons, Miles Zeman of Sheboygan, Daniel Zeman of Lake Geneva and Charles, address unknown; a sister, Mrs. Emil Lukes of Manitowoc; six step-sons, Joseph Kocian of Des Moines, Ia., Clarence of Rt. 2, Cato, Edward, Victor and Matt Jr., of Francis Creek and George of Rt. 1, Whitelaw; two step-daughters, Mrs. Quirin Wachal of Francis Creek and Mrs. Molly Cherney of Rt. 4, Manitowoc; 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 pm Friday where the Rosary will be prayed at 8:30 pm.
