MaryEtta Zoe Dannar, 86, died Friday, April 6, 2018 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming.
MaryEtta was born Wednesday, November 25, 1931 in Fort Collins, Colorado the daughter of Clifford Harold and Evelyn Berniece (Preuit) Walter. She was raised and educated in Fort Collins and Wheatland. She graduated from the Wheatland High School. She was married to Robert Oscar Gudahl on June 5, 1949 in Wheatland and later was married to William F. "Bill" Dannar on January 29, 1978. MaryEtta was the owner and operator of the Posie Patch in Wheatland for several years. She found great pleasure in doing cross stitching and playing the piano. The most important occasion in her life was spending time with all of her grandchildren, who she dearly loved.
MaryEtta is survived by her granddaughter, JoLynn Gaddis of Casper; great grandsons, TJ Dieleman of Sheridan, Wyoming, Andrew Gaddis of Casper, and Colten Gaddis of Dickinson, North Dakota; and great-great granddaughters, Sage Dieleman and Serenity Dieleman both of Sheridan.
MaryEtta was preceded in death her father, Clifford, on January 1, 1986; mother, Evelyn, on April 23, 2010; husbands, Robert Gudahl on September 8, 1968 and Bill Dannar on March 14, 1993; daughter, Evelynn Kissel, on March 16, 2012; and sister, JoAnn Gillespie, on February 2, 2014.
