She was born May 16, 1956, in Denver, a daughter to Robert O. and MaryEtta (Walter) Gudahl. Evlynn moved with her family at a young age to Wheatland, where she attended public schools, graduating from Wheatland High School. She lived in various locations, settling in Cheyenne in 2007.
She was married to Robert Thomas Kissel on August 30, 2007, in Cheyenne.
She was a member of North Christian Church. She also enjoyed needlework.
Evlynn in survived by her husband, Robert, of Cheyenne; her mother, MaryEtta Dannar of Wheatland; a daughter, JoLynn Gaddis of Wheatland; a stepson, Robert W. Kissel of Chugwater; two stepdaughters, Ricketa Pershall of Chugwater and Tammi Campbell of Boise, Idaho; and 10 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
