Mrs. Patrick Denahy, died at 11:45 o'clock Thursday night at her home, 700 Second avenue, Rock Island. She was a former Davenporter.
Deceased, whose maiden name was Nellie Swanson, was born in Sweden 60 years ago. When 16 years of age she came to America, at first settled in Geneseo. Twenty six years ago she came to Davenport. In Geneseo she was married to Albert Swanson who preceded her in death many years ago. In 1906 she was married in Davenport to Patrick Denahy.
Surviving are the husband, two sons and one daughter. They are Albert Swanson of New Windsor, Ill., Frank Swanson of Rock Island and Mrs. Maria Johnston of Rock Island. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
