Daughter of Patrick Golden and Mary Mahoney, wife of Bernard Joseph "Brian" Carabine.

"Bridie was born in the townland of Dooneen to Patrick Golden and Mary Mahony - both buried in Co. Kerry. She immigrated to NY in 1927."

Obituary - Mrs. Bridie Carabine of Sebonac Road, Southampton, died on Saturday, January 11, in Southampton Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on New Year's Day. She was 62 years old. She is survived by her husband, Brian, an employee of Dominick Malone, Inc., Rockville Centre construction company. Mr. Carabine was also injured in the accident and is still confined to Southampton Hospital. Mrs. Carabine is also survived by two sons, Brian, who is serving with the United State Marine Corps, and James. The Rosary was recited on Tuesday, January 14 at 8:00 a.m. at Leek & O'Connell Funeral Home, Southampton, by Msgr. George H. Killeen, pastor of Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church. A Requiem Mass was celebrated yesterday morning, January 15, at Sacred Hearts Church by Msgr. Melton of St. Agnes Cathedral, Rockville Centre. Interment was in Sacred Hearts Cemetery.
