Died: Wednesday at the age of 90.
Born: near Troutdale, where he was raised and attended school.
He moved to Idaho in 1910 to marry, returning to Oregon eight years later to settle on the farm his father had homesteaded.
He had been a butcher in Troutdale, was interested in baseball and was a player.
Survived by: son, John; daughters, Lucille Woodward, Inez Starr, Mrs. Roy Mollett and Mary Ann Rudd; brother, Joseph, and sister, Jeannie Storm; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Monday, in Carroll Funeral Home, in Gresham.
Interment: Lincoln Memorial Park.
