Sheboygan - Mary C. Hofmann, age 84 of Sheboygan passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at her home.
Born June 9, 1933 in Sheboygan to Oscar & Verona (Pfister) Horn, she attended local schools and was employed by Wigwam and the Sheboygan Press. She was united in marriage to Frederick O. Hofmann on October 4, 1958 at Holy Name of Jesus Church in Sheboygan. Mary was a member of the Womens Holy Name Society and D'Werdenfelser Schuhplattlers Club. She also enjoyed card club, embroidery, puzzles, keeping up with house plants, ceramics and traveling.
Mary is survived by her husband Frederick, Sr., 4 sons; Jim (Joan), Kurt (Sandy), Keith and Fred, Jr. (Rebecca) Hofmann, 5 grandchildren; Brandon (Brenda), Megan (Stuart Deckert), Ashley, Abigail and Owen, 2 great grandsons; Easton & Reed, a sister Geraldine Hasting and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, Sr. Joanne Horn and Georgina Hildebrandt and her brother Eugene Horn.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Olson Funeral Home & Cremations Service, 1132 Superior Ave., Sheboygan. Fr. Gideon Buya will officiate. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
