Francis Louise (Boshears) McCarty, age 73 of LaFollette passed away Monday, June 18, 2018.

She was of the Baptist faith.

Francis enjoyed playing music, singing, and gardening.

She is preceded in death by parents Millard and Bertha Jane (Violet) Boshears; brothers Arnold, J.B., Virgil and Nash Boshears; sisters Florene Ford, Florida Moore, Fontella Napier, Fay Ingram, and Flossie Robbins.

She is survived by sons Mark McCarty and Matt McCarty, both of LaFollette; daughter Tammy McCarty of Jacksboro; brothers Clarence Boshears of Ohio and Eddie Boshears of Alabama; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives.

Visitation for Francis will be 11-1 PM Wednesday, June 20, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by graveside service at Bakers Forge cemetery with Jonathan Gibson officiating.
