After Aaron's death, his wife and several of their children moved West, most relocated to the Athena, Umatilla County, Oregon area. As of 1880 census, five of his sons, entered as Furgeson, had households adjoining each other in Greenwood, Umatilla OR: Talbert, James M/Marisa, Saml H/Nancy, Wm H/Pricilla and John.

Note, while several family trees have indicated Aaron's middle name is "William", a contributor asked it be removed, as their family records do not support any middle name.
