Mr. Art Aaron, age 60, a lifelong resident of Covington passed away Monday, July 9, 2018. He was born July 4, 1958 in Covington to his parents Ora Lee and Hazel Brown Aaron who have preceded him in death. Mr. Aaron was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He enjoyed painting, woodworking, music, western movies, and his family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Aaron was Methodist by faith and a member of Alcovy United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his son Jason Aaron, and his brothers Phillip and Andy Aaron.

Mr. Aaron is survived by his wife Lynn Aaron, his son Josh Aaron, his grandchildren Kallie, Kayla, Autumn, Kaleb, Kameron, Abbi, and Gavin his great grandchildren Carson, Micah, Walker, and Alaina his sister Katherine Cheek along with a numerous nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Aaron will be held at 11 o’clock Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. J.C.
