SATERFIELD - BAUCUM

Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Baucum are announcing the marriage of their daughter Audrey, to Dean Saterfield, son of the Reverend and Mrs. Wesley Saterfield, which occurred December 17, with the Reverend Ed Grayson officiating.

The bride was dressed in teal blue with navy accessories.

The marriage was solemnized in the home of the bride's aunt, Mrs. J. H. Blanks, in the presence of a host of friends and relatives.

They are at home in Monroe, Louisiana.

Audrey B. Payton

Heart failure claimed the life of seventy-seven year old Mrs. Audrey B. Payton on March 4, 1999. Funeral services for her were held March 8 at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Bonner and Rev. John West officiating. Burial took place in the Church cemetery.

The former homemaker was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Her survivors include two daughters, Vicky Brown of Newton, and Marcia Wheatcraft, also of Newton; four sons, Ken Saterfield and Bob Saterfield both from Monroe, La., and John Saterfield and Dale Butterbaugh, both of Mansfield, Ohio; one stepson, Joel Payton of Florida; one sister, Lena Cleveland of Baton rouge, Louisiana; two brothers, Jimmy Baucum of Odessa, Texas and Frank Baucum of Newton, MS; thirteen grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were C. E. Wall, Glenn Wall, Lewis Wilson, Logan McMillan, Steve Mills and Joey Mills.

James F. Webb Funeral Home handled arrangements.
