RUIS, EUGENIO
Eugenio Ruis, a native of San Antonio , died yesterday afternoon at the age of 81 years. He was born in the site where the Frost National Bank now stands and during the Civil War period served under the Confederate flag in Capt. P. M. Poor's company. He was married to Miss Charlotte Carza of Laredo , who survives him. Other relatives surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Max Derr, and one son, Ernesto, both of San Antonio ; one brother, Francisco Ruiz of San Francisco , and six grandchildren. The body is being held by the Shelley Undertaking Company pending definite funeral arrangements.
