Carl worked at Finestra for 25 years until their closing and then worked at McGinness Rolled Rings as a saw operator in Erie until his retirement in 2015. Carl was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Girard.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah M. Dorich Sabol, whom he married on March 4, 1978 in Girard; a daughter, Jennifer L. Sabol of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Cathy Emery and Chris Polka, both of Girard; a brother, Albert "Bert" Sabol of Girard; several cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws.
