She is survived by her husband, Tommy Burgess, Jr. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Rev. Lonnie Blackmon officiating. Interment followed at at Mt. Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
