At the age of 83, Claire Dodd Wetmore passed away peacefully on August 11th, 2018 at Golden Life assisted care in Tucson Arizona. Claires early years were spent in New York and New Jersey but she has been a resident of Arizona for the past 33 years. Claire was loved and will be missed by her daughter, Laurie Pearson and son, David (Geri) Wetmore. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 45 years, Everett Wetmore, and son in law, Brad Pearson. Claire was a child at heart and quick with a smile. She had a love for animals specifically bears - and was a member of the Reid Park Zoological Society. She loved to travel and enjoyed adventures in Mexico, Europe and around the U.S.A. She was an amazing seamstress and an excellent piano player, but the thing that brought her the most happiness was being with her family.
