Alexandra was the daughter of Isaac and Tatiana (Nekrasov) Hubley, her father was from French Village, St. Margaret's Bay, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and her mother was from Afognak, Afognak Island, Alaska. Alexandra married Konstantine A. Pavlov from Vologda, Russia, the 22nd of May, 1896, in the Belkofski Church District. They had four children: Konstantine II born 1897, Elisaveta born 1898, Isaakii born 1900, and Mariia born 1902.

Alexandra’s husband held several positions in Alaska’s Orthodox Churches during the years they were together in Alaska, they were the coastal villages of Belkofski on the Aleutian Peninsula, Unga in the Shumagin Islands, Nuchek in the Prince William Sound, and he also served at a Mission on the Kuskokwim River in interior Alaska. In 1898, while serving at the Kuskokwim Mission, Konstantine Pavlov became an ordained priest.

About 1907, Rev. Konstantine Pavlov resigned his position in the Kuskokwim Mission and repatriated himself and his wife Alexandra and the children to Russia to live. Her parents, Isaac and Tatiana Hubley of Unga, Alaska, received word their daughter Alexandra died in Russia in 1909.

Aleksandra's siblings were: Irina, James, Isaac, Mary, John, Katherine, Elizabeth, William, and James II. The information for her given name, birth and death dates are from her father Isaac Hubley's pension application dated and signed on 22 Apr 1915.
