A wonderful, but spunky and independent kitty cat, Emily Daisy Parker. I adopted her from the humane society after my dad promised me a cat if we decided to move to my grandparents house, a bigger house, he just knew he wasn't going to purchase. Fast forward a few months and my parents ended up purchasing the house, and I at 8 years old remembered what dad had said :) Emily was not a warm and cuddly cat. In fact, she would hiss at me often just for entering my own room! But I loved this little critter! She had her moments but let you know when she was done. She loved to play with string, eat tuna and go out for the night several nights a week. She was such a powerful force of nature that she kept all our dogs in check, even our 200 pound bouvier walked wide around her.
