Obituary | "Funeral services for LOUVINE HICKS, of Route 1, Karnack, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Shiloh Baptist Church in Mooringsport, Louisiana with Rev. Enos Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home. Mrs. Hicks died Wednesday at her residence. A member of the Heroines of Jericho Lodge, she was also a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Survivors include six sons: Albert Hicks, James Hicks and Johnny Hicks, of Dallas, and Martin Hicks, Tommie Hicks Jr. and Elbert Hicks, of Karnack; two daughters, Mary White and Georgia Mae Dotie, of Karnack; four brothers: Cleveland Fisher, Farrow Fisher, of Dallas, and Curtis Fisher and Martin Fisher, of Shreveport, Louisiana; four sisters: Beatrice Collins, Beulah Jerry, Carrie Ledbetter, and Lucy Mae Jones, all of Shreveport, Louisiana; 20 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren."
