Andrew Patrick, 78, retired farmer of Elkhorn, Neb., died Friday night in a local hospital of cancer. He has four brothers and a sister. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock from Crosby's undertaking parlors.
Interment will be in Elkhorn cemetery.
Mr. Patrick lived in Elkhorn for fifty years.
He was one of the charter members of the Elkhorn lodge of the Knights of Pythias.

Andrew Patrick Passes On
Andrew Patrick, who had been at an Omaha hospital several weeks, passed away Saturday. The funeral was held Monday. Services were held in Omaha and from there the remains were brought to Elkhorn. The burial services were in charge of the Knights of Pythias. Burial was at Prospect Hill cemetery.
Mr. Patrick was one of the very earliest settlers in this country. He owned land north of here when this country was considered wild in many respects. For the past twenty-five years Mr. Patrick has made his home in Elkhorn, having sold part of his land to John Seltze a number of years ago.
Mr. Patrick was 78 years at the time of his death. He had never married. The nearest relative in Nebraska is his brother, Thomas, who lives north of here. There are brothers and sisters in other states.
