Abel Montano, 52, of Walsenburg, Colorado, died from injuries suffered when a car he was driving smashed into a railroad underpass abutment nine miles south of Walsenburg. He died in a Walsenburg hospital having suffered from multiple fractures He was traveling North on US 85. He was thrown from the car.
