Jack Harrington, 82, of Paducah passed away Thursday, Septmeber 20, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Gibson County, Tennessee. Jack was retired from General Motors. He was a member of Victory Assembly Worship Center. Jack was active with Martha’s Vineyard, worked with Teen Challenge and Royal Rangers while he lived in Michigan.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Jeter Harrington; daughters, Vickie Thompson and husband Carl, Allison Andras and Kirstie Lea Harrington all of Michigan; son, Timothy Glenn Harrington and wife, Angela of Michigan; step-daughter, Carolyn Martin and husband Donald of Paducah; six grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Jack was preceded in death by his first wife, Paula Jean Harrington; son, Donald Ray Harrington; two sisters and four brothers. His parents were Jesse and Erby Coleman Harrington.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Gary DeRossett officiating. Private burial will be at the Sharpe Church of Christ Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the funeral home.
