Anna "Annie" McInnes Russell was the daughter of John McInnes and Mary "Belle" VanBrucklin. She married John Richard Russell. Their son was Roy Russell.

Born October 10, 1883, in Ohio, she moved with her parents to Lehigh when a child, and later moved to Coalgate where she lived until 1945.
Anna McInnis was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John McInnis, was married to John R. Russell, former city employee and city manager.
A member of the First Baptist church, she died at the age of 77 at a rest home in McAlester. Her son, with whom she went to live in McAlester in 1945, preceeded her in death three years ago.
She died of a heart attack Thursday, although she had been ill with cancer since November 1960.
Surviving are five nephews and three nieces.
Pall bearers were Calvin Brownlie, Ira Ingram, Olan Anderson, John B. Clark, Bobby George Lee, and James Ashmore.
