Songwriter. Born Chahnourh Varinag Aznavourian, of Armenian origins, is considered one of the most important French and international singer-songwriters. His artistic career began in 1946 thanks to an important tour with the famous singer Edith Piaf. He was endowed with a particular linguistic talent that allowed him to sing in seven different languages. Author of over 1000 songs, Aznavour has performed with artists such as Liza Minnelli, Céline Dion, Milva and Laura Pausini. He died at the age of 94.
