Obituary-Henrietta Beachler
Mrs. Henrietta Beachler of Reynolds, Nebr. passed away at her home there, Tuesday August 19, 1952, at the age of 92 years, 5 months and 15 days.
Henrietta Raper was born March 4, 1860 at Lizton near Anderson, Indiana. On Oct 3, 1886, she married Jerome Edward Beachler at Anderson, Ind., and they came to a farm near Reynolds. To them 10 children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband, April 19, 1922, and by seven children: Maudie, Egbert, Corley, Nettie, Beulah, Charley, Lucy and one step-son, Leroy.
In 1923, she moved from the farm to her present home in Reynolds, where she has since resided. She has been a member of the Reynolds Methodist church for 66 years.
Surviving are a son, Everett of York; Step-son, R.C. Beachler of Reynolds; Two daughters, Jessie Lobaugh of Wichita, Kansas and Jennie Smith of Compton, Calif., 31 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, and one brother, Monroe Raper of Anderson, Ind.
Funeral Services were held Saturday morning at the Methodist church in Reynolds with Rev. A. W. Johnson, pastor of the Fairbury Methodist Church, officiating. Burial in the Reynolds cemetery. Traum service.
