David Carrington Ingraham Jr., age 92, passed away September 27, 2016, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born December 17, 1923, to David C. Ingraham and Dorothy Louise Zahner. He retired from Celanese plant after working for 35 years. Dave was an avid race car fan, and enjoyed NASCAR races. He had even raced himself in Corpus Christi at CC Speedway. He was a member of Elks Lodge, the American legion, and the First Presbyterian Church of Kingsville, Texas. Dave was also a WWII Veteran, serving with the U.S. Navy.

He is preceded in death by his wife Marylyn Ingraham, his parents, and his brother. He is survived by two daughters, Kay Whitley (Johnny) of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Dolly Conner (Harry) of Green Cove Springs, Florida; four grandchildren, Brandi Kutil (Charlie) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Wesley Whitley (Tiffiney) of Fort Worth, Texas, David Conner (Stephanie) of Green Cove Springs, Florida, and Bobby Conner of Green Cove Springs, Florida; and four great-grandchildren, Brittaney, Kayla, Michael, and Bailey.

Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary.
