Born to Lloyd Chauncey Ingraham and Blanche Stoddard (latter married Walter Hoff Seely). Also one full sister by these same parents in 1898, named Margaret/Blanche Ingraham. Parents separated/divorced in 1900, later each remarried, and each had two daughters.
David Carrington Ingraham had a common-law wife from 1923, named Dorothy Louise (Dolly) Zahner and they had two children born in California, David Carrington Ingraham, Jr. and Lloyd George Ingraham. Later David (Sr.) fathered another son in 1943 with M.A. Bailey and he was given up and raised in adoption in Louisiana. It's not clear when Dolly and David permanently separated, but Dolly is found in Massachusetts in 1940 census, with her two sons, and without David, and she died and is buried there. David's (Sr.) later residence years and death location are unknown at this time.
