Mrs. Anna Higgins, age 62 years, passed away on Tuesday afternoon at her home at 1017 Miami Avenue. She was survived by her husband, Michael J. Higgins; one sister, Mrs. Katie Knapp, of St. Joseph, Missouri; three brothers, John Blake of Helena, Montana, James Blake, of Marysville, Kansas, and William Blake of 125 North 13th Street in Kansas City, Kansas.
Funeral services were held on Friday morning at 7:45 o'clock from the home and at 8:15 o'clock from St. Thomas's Church at Pule Street and Shawnee Avenue. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Daniels Bros. Funeral Directors.
