She attended Keyser High School, Class of 1944. She married Earl S. Ritchie in 1948 and moved to Hagerstown, MD in 1954. She worked at G.C. Murphy in Keyser, WV, Newberrys Five and Dime, and the Valley Mall Orange Bowl in Hagerstown, MD. She was a member of Virginia Avenue Baptist Church in Hagerstown, MD.
Frances is survived by two daughters, Kelly S. Reinford and Rosie V. Luzier, three granddaughters, one grandson, five great-grandchildren, three step-children, numerous step great-grandchildren, a niece, Juanita Rhodes, a nephew, Kenneth See, and many wonderful friends.
Frances is preceded in death by her husbands: Earl S.
