She was a graduate of Syracuse University and a member of the First Baptist Church.

Gertrude Andrews was a retired school teacher. She had taught at a high school in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

She is survived by several cousins.

Funeral services will be held in the Greenleaf Funeral Home and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Fabius.
