Services for Mrs. Hazel Sikes Perot, 58, of Columbia were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 1st, at the Chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Lee Fitzgerald and Rev. Burris Russell officiating. Burial was in the Perot Cemetery in Columbia under the direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home in Columbia.

Mrs. Perot died Friday, February 27, at the E. A. Conway Hospital in Monroe after a long illness.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Dave Perot, Sr., of Columbia; five sons, Dave Perot, Jr., and Marty Perot both of Columbia, Jerry Perot and Deloyd Perot both of Grayson and Clifton Perot of Olla; five daughters, Marie Breland of Grayson, Shirley Masters of Tallulah, Judy Caraway of Tullos, Gloria Crawford of Columbia and Helen Thompson of West Monroe; her mother, Grace Sikes of Columbia; three brothers, John W. (Pete) Sikes, Duane Sikes both of Grayson and Lloyd Ray Sikes of Columbia; seven sisters, Juanita Hobgood of Houston, Tx., Allie Bea Taylor of Vidor, Tx., Myrdia Perot of Kelly, Florece Metcalf of Grayson, Willie Ruth Pugh of Columbia, Elaine Burton of Greenburg and Linda Talbert of Olla; 24 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Marvin Buckalwe, Bobby Buckalew, Jerry Cubbitt, Robert Cubbitt, Mark Cubbitt and Dan Capell.
