Shelby Gene Perot
Funeral services for Mr. Shelby Gene Perot, age 26 of Columbia, were held July 28 at the Chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Fitzgerald and Rev. Russell Burris officiating. Burial followed in the Perot Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
Mr. Perot died July 26 after a car accident.
Survivors include his parents, Dave and Hazel Perot of Columbia; five brothers, Dave Perot, Jr. and Marty Perot, both of Columbia, Jerry Perot and DeLoyd Perot, both of Grayson and Clifton Perot of Olla; five sisters, Hazel Marie Breland and Gloria Crawford, both of Columbia; Shirley Masters of Tallulah, Judy Crawford' of Tullos and Helen Thompson of Monroe.
Pallbearers were Loyd Ray Sikes, DeWayne Sikes, James Breland, Carlton Masters, Gene Caraway and Wayne Crawford.
