Andre Pacius, Jr., of West Orange, N.J. passed away on Monday, December 24th, 2018 with his family by his side at the age of 78.
He born in Desdunes, Haiti, on July 15, 1940 to Andre and Eve (nee Maurice) Pacius. He lived in Haiti most of his life prior to moving to West Orange 2 years ago. In his earlier years he was a truck driver in the agricultural transportation industry.
Andre was the father of Samuel Pacius (Sonia), Mitchel Pacius (Michelle), Watson Pacius (Rose Gabriel Denis, Diuedonne Pacius (Michel Vital), Jesula Pacius (Lauinord Clermont), and the late Evelyne Pacius; brother of Altagrace Racius; grandfather of Nehemie Pacius, Stanley Racius, Samaurah Vital Pacius, Neftalie Clermont, and Watsonie Denis.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 4th, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Levandoski-Grillo Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 44 Bay Avenue, Bloomfield (additional parking available on Broughton Avenue). Funeral services and burial will be on Saturday, January 5th, 2018 at a time and location to be announced. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Orange.
