Edward Wanner, 82, died Sunday.

He was born July 23, 1889, at Morton, a son of Edward and Caroline Schmidgall Wanner. He married Bertha Ripper in February, 1914, at Tremont. She died in March, 1932.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Harold Schwinn, Mrs. Loren Blair, Mrs. Leon Grimes, East Peoria; Mrs. Dayton Russell, Morton, Mrs. Orville Christ, Peoria; three sons, Russell, Morton, Edward, East Peoria; Robert, Mentor, Ohio; and a sister, Mrs. Lydia Huette, Morton.

Three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery at Tremont.
