CARL "JIMMY" CREECH, born September 18, 1943, passed away on January 20, 2019. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Dacna Ward and his loving wife of 37 years, Linda Creech. He was survived by two daughters, Dawn Flinchum of Beattyville and Carla Scott of Mt. Sterling; six grandchildren, Doug Johnson, Tabitha Hill, Justin Flinchum, Steven Flinchum, Donna Marshall, Emma Scott; and 13 great grandchildren. Also he was survived by his dogs which he loved very much. He was a welder and loved fishing, gardening, and building things with his hands.
Funeral services was held Friday January 25, 2019 at 12 p.m. in the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Short officiating. Burial was in the Buck Creech Cemetery.
