Lars Sundin married Stina Lovisa Bergelin on 26 Jun 1873, in Söderhamn, Västernorrland, Sverige (Sweden). Together with two of their children, Carolina Emilia and Karl Bernhard, they emigrated to the U.S. in the spring of 1881 and settled in Vega, Marshall County, MN. Mr. Sundin farmed for many years and prospered; and he and Lovisa had several more children. Mrs. Sundin passed away in 1913, and in 1914 Lars married widow Mrs. Christina (Peter) Johnson, who survived him.
