My mother was born in Hoboken N.J. to Emma Bartolucci & Mario Bartolucci she lived in Hoboken N.J. most of her life, she had 3 brothers, Sonny (Carl), Michael & Robert & 1 sister Susan.
She was married to my father John Van Der Zee who is now deceased they had 4 children together, Sharon, John, Roxann, Jody.. they were divorced in the 70's she married Norfio Russo and had a son Alan. Norfio Russo passed away in 1987 and my mother moved back to Bayonne N.J.where she passed away suddenly at the age of 72. She had 14 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren...
My mom loved to cook especially on Easter, we would all go over to her house where she prepared a big buffet style dinners, she love making new receipes & baking & decorating cakes, she took great pride in it...she always wanted to go into a catering business but that never happened...Mom passed away suddenly the day before Easter...Easter dinners will never be the same without my mom....
