Barfoot, Jean Jordan, 78, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Frances Jordan; and her daughter, Frances "Frankie" Barfoot. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Walter "Bubba" Barfoot; son, Walter Barfoot, Jr; daughter, Donna Bonner and her husband, Kevin; two grandchildren, Brian and Rachel Bonner; her dear sister, Mary Shepherd and her husband, Arvil; and niece, Lynn Shepherd. Jean had a wonderful sense of humor and always loved spending time with her grandkids and family. She was a member of Lyndale Baptist Church. The family received friends Wednesday at Bliley's-Chippenham, where a funeral ceremony took place Thursday, followed by interment in Riverview Cemetery.
