Mrs. Celia Basso, 68, widow of Joseph Basso, died Friday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs. Joseph Perachio, 736 Silver Lane, East Hartford, after a short illness. Besides Mrs. Perachio, she leaves another daughter Mrs. Anna Sullivan of New York; two sons, Andrew Basso of California and John Basso of New Britain, one brother Frank Arapa of Italy, and one sister, Mrs. Anthony Crovo of New Britain. Mrs. Basso was born in Italy, coming to this country 50 years ago. She had lived for 13 years in New York, 12 years in Bridgeport, 25 years in New Britain. She became to East Hartford recently to live with her daughter. The funeral will be held Monday at 8:15 a. m. at the home of her daughter, 736 Silver Lane, East Hartford, and at 9 o'clock at St. Rose's Church, East Hartford.
