He had lived in New London, the son of the late Wesley Oram of New Market and the late Belva Thomas of New London, and was the last of his immediate family. No wife or children were included in his obituary. He was survived by two aunts, Miss Carrie Disney of Baltimore and Mrs. Marie Powell of Idle Wild, Michigan; two great-aunts, Mrs. Alverta Fossett of Baltimore and Mrs. Bertha Pryor of New London.
